As a research coordinator, Ivanna was involved in conducting international research and publishing reports that highlight shifts, trends, and industry challenges in the labor market among immigrants in Poland. She was also involved in coordination of the Consultation Center for Employers and Immigrants sharing her knowledge in the field, providing support and assistance for both immigrants and employers in solving significant issues. Providing support to various social groups in need is essential for their effective adaptation in contemporary world. The above mentioned projects offer necessary knowledge and skills directed on successful development and growth of every participant. Ivanna Shubina was involved into preparing and conducting adjusted workshops and seminars designed to enhance the skills allow to be more successful in the professional development and labor market.
