MY TEACHING PHILOSOPHY
My teaching philosophy is based on the belief that a positive and dynamic learning environment is essential for a students' performance and success. As an inclusive educator with multinational and multicultural teaching experience, I strive to establish a learning environment that promotes equity and embraces diversity. I am committed to creating a welcoming atmosphere where all students feel accepted, valued, and heard. Moreover, I strongly believe that providing diverse experiences and various perspectives during the learning process will enrich the students' learning outcomes and prepare them for success in their future professional development. The continuous learning approach might encourage students to grow a lifelong attitude for learning and an active approach in their own educational and professional path.
